Eligibilty for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the original bill/invoice. Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery is not eligible
Exchange Policy
Items can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase, with all tags and packaging intact. Exchange must be for jewellery of equal or higher value.
Making Charges & Deductions
Making charges and taxes are non-refundable. Adjustments for exchanges depend on current pricing/design.
Gold/Silver Rates-based Buyback
Buyback is based on prevailing market rates and item quality. Deductions apply based on condition and purity.
Return Process
Visit the store with your invoice and item. Our staff will assist with inspection and paperwork.
